John W Farey has over 45 years experience in financial services including merchant and investment banking, having held directorships/management positions in Australia, UK, South East and Far East Asia with major international banks and companies. Mr Farey was appointed as a Director on 1 February 2002.

Alan Beasley has worked in Investment Banking and Investment Management businesses for over 30 years, with Bankers Trust Australia, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas. Alan has held directorships in several listed and unlisted public and private companies including two public charities.

Wei Huang BEc. M.Comm
Wei Huang graduated with Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is a member of CPA Australia and has experience in financial control new business start-ups and development within the textile, retail, financial services, construction and mining sectors in Australia and internationally.

John Foley BD LLB BL(Dub) MAICDB
Mr Foley has over 40 years' experience in the gold mining industry and was a founding Director of the Australian Gold Council, the industry body. For 20 years Mr Foley was the Chairman of Citigold Corporate Limited, listed on the ASX and the FSE(Frankfurt Stock Exchange), and with a Level One ADR (American Depository Receipts) program in the USA.
Mr Foley has wide-ranging experience in resources, industrial, manufacturing, legal, financial and investment related industries, with extensive business experience in Australia. His leadership roles have covered a broad scope of senior positions, and his commercial and legal background provides further depth, knowledge and experience to the Company.

Warren Wen-Shih Choo BSc.
Mr Choo has been appointed as Non-Executive Director effective since 24 March 2025. Mr Choo currently serves as Assistant General Manager of Tridex Pte Ltd and Alternate Director at Transmex Systems International Pte Ltd. Mr Choo has a background in engineering.

Pin Chua
Mr Chua has joined the Board of Directors as a non-executive director effective 27 September 2022.
Mr Chua previously positions as senior manager in corporate, investment and enterprise banking in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia and has experience, expertise, and knowledge to contribute to the Company. Mr Chua holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
